Our Women golfers celebrated the end of the summer season and the start of the
new season on Thurs 5 March with a game of Canadian Fours followed by a 2-
course lunch in the clubhouse. A very enjoyable morning.
Debbie Van Vollenstee generously sponsored the game on the day. She was also
the sponsor of the summer Ferret competition, won by Karen Martin.
SUMMER QUEEN AND ECLECTICS
Jody Mason was crowned Summer Queen which is awarded to the
person who accumulates the most points in the Women’s midweek 18
hole competitions. The points are awarded for participation and good
scores. Jody was also the Nett midweek eclectic winner. Stacy Dhu was
both the Gross winner for the midweek and Saturday eclectics. Debbie
van Vollenstee was the Nett winner for the Saturday eclectic.
