Congratulations on electing to become a member of the Pinjarra Golf Club.

Please note the following points:-

 

1 Please ensure that this form is filled out clearly so that our records can be maintained        

                 accurately.

 

2 Please submit the appropriate nomination fee with the form.  This will entitle you to

                 use all Club facilities, including competition play.  Note, competition trophies cannot

                 be won until membership is accepted and subscription paid.

 

3 Your nomination form must be posted on the club notice board for a minimum of 14         

                 days.  It will then be presented to the next Board Meeting for consideration.

 

5 Upon acceptance of your nomination, you will receive an account for your         

                 annual       subscription which must be paid within 14 days.  Membership is an ANNUAL  

                 SUBSCRIPTION and you are liable for the full annual membership fee.   You will          

                 be placed on a three month probation period from the date of acceptance by the Board. 

                 Any breech of club rules, golfing etiquette or any misbehaviour during this        

                 time could see your membership revoked immediately.

 

6 Please advise any change of address.  If you wish to resign from the Club, you are             

                 required to do so in writing.  But shall not be released from payment of any        

                 subscriptions of arrears which shall be due by you to the Club.
